“Pay Me”…two simple words that seem so gratifying to say. Last week, we did just that by sending out payments to all publishers whose account balance reached the $100.00 level during the month of May. Occasionally, we get questions about our payment terms and options, so in this entry we’ll break it all down for you so you know when to expect payment, and the options on how you can receive it.
We pay based on account levels at the end of each month, with $100.00 being the minimum level we issue checks for, and our terms are net 30. For example, if, at the end of July, your account level is at $100.00 or more, we will issue payment 30 days later, and it will be sent to you the first week of September.
Our standard payment method is check by US mail, but there are other options you may want to consider depending on where you live. We offer direct deposit for free via ACH to publishers in the United States (click here to download the US ACH form), or via International EFT for publishers in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Direct deposits can be sent in your local currency if you prefer, and you can download the necessary form to complete by clicking here.
For publishers residing outside of the countries listed above (Hi Tanzania!), we also offer payment via International Wire Transfer for a fee of $30.00. Click here to download the International Wire Transfer form.
Once completed, you can scan and email any of the forms to email@example.com with “Direct Deposit” and your publisher name in the subject line, or fax it to (+1) 415-558-7111. Forms should be submitted before the 20th of a given month in order to receive the next payment via ACH, EFT or International Wire Transfer.
So that’s it. If you ever have any questions about your payment status or history, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. Hopefully, you’ll find yourself saying those two simple words every month, and we’ll be more than happy to oblige you…
