I regret to hear that this is your experience with Kontera and I would like to do what I can to help. Page load delay can be due to a number of reasons, including a javascript error which our optimization team can mend in no time. We have no information of a massive change in this aspect but we are always looking to deal with any issue or complaint. Regarding this issue as well as earnings, I would have to look at your site to give it the individual care it requires.

Please send support@kontera.com your details along with a description specifying matter.

Thanks,
Mika

this has been going on for weeks and weeks...

silly me, I thought a blog could be used to explain things like this
