Kontera San Francisco Celebrates Giants Game with Tailgating Party

September 14, 2012

If there’s one thing we love at Kontera, it’s the hometown San Francisco Giants. If there’s a second thing, it’s a good BBQ. When you combine the two together, it equals a bunch of happy Konterans!

The evening kicked-off with a delicious, albeit dusty, tail-gate over in Lot D (note to self: avoid parking in the dirt next year). Coming off of a punishing loss versus the Nationals on Monday night, the G-men were out to redeem themselves and boy, did they. With three RBIs from Brandon Belt and Madison Bumgarner’s steady arm, the Giants served up a 6-1 loss to the Nationals. It was a great night for the home team as well as Kontera; unfortunately, the very next day, it would be announced that Melky Cabrera would face a 50 game suspension for doping (good thing “we” didn’t sign him).

More importantly, the G-men are still in first place. See you in the playoffs!
